A watcher reads the team Telegram chat every 15 minutes, keeps only messages from account management (Luis, Calvin, Nicolai, Liya, Jason), and logs the ones a media buyer has to act on — targets and caps, spend and budget, account moves, splits, offer on/off. Chatter, creative direction and status roundups are filtered out. Tick an update done once you have actioned it, or ✕ it if it never belonged.
