7-day window 09-26-2026 – 10-02-2026, RedTrack, live campaigns only. CPA = cost / purchases · IC CPA = cost / initiate-checkout (convtype2, runs ~2.8x purchase volume) · AOV = total revenue / purchases (includes upsells) · ROAS = total revenue / cost. Breakeven CPA is shown for ROAS-target offers only and is AOV ÷ ROAS target — the CPA that lands you exactly on target at the current AOV. Offers under 10 purchases in the window are marked Low volume, not judged. Targets come from the RedTrack offer title unless an override set directly by Matt/the client wins over the name — those are listed under About this page, and CPA, breakeven and Status are calculated from the shown target. Cap is the client volume cap relayed by account management, taken from the Account Updates log. Only caps that are actually in force are listed — an offer under its no-cap line is uncapped and shows nothing, because a cap printed next to an uncapped offer reads as a ceiling that is not there. In force = over the line, cap is live right now. No tier = in the Hero program with no no-cap line set yet. Full wording and who said it is in the Hero Tier table below.

The client's Hero tier — tier lines as of 09-23-2026, caps as of 09-20-2026. The no-cap line is the target: come in under it and the offer runs uncapped — the Cap column stays empty, because there is no cap to respect — come in over it and you are held to the cap shown. The exception is a hard cap, an unconditional ceiling the client set regardless of CPA: it stays listed either way. TPS is on one. Position is 7d CPA against the line, same window as the table above. Every cap here is transcribed from the Account Updates log — the record of what account management actually posted — and each one is stamped with who said it and when. If a cap is not in that log it does not belong on this page. BRT and SSC carry a target with no cap stated by the client; RJV is uncapped (under its line since 08-31); ReActivate is in the Hero program with a cap but no tier line yet. • TPS — 2,500 sales/week (Jason K (Hero), 09-20-2026). "Starting tomorrow, we need to set a cap of 2.5k conversions a week (which is about 30k a day in adspend) - even tho you're seeing that things are softening a bit, still seems like it won't soften enough for that cap to not be a constraint." This is a HARD cap: it is not conditional on the $93 no-cap line, so it stays listed even when TPS is under the line. Supersedes the 100 purchases/day cap of 09-01-2026 and the uncapped spell that began 09-14. The log entry carries no offer tag; Matt confirmed it is TPS (09-23-2026).• TFC — 250 pur/week (Hero via account management, 08-24-2026). "TFC/DFW - 250 conversions cap." Untouched by Luis's 08-31 tier update, which moved only the no-cap line ($90 -> $85).• ReActivate — ~100 sales/week (Luis Giron (AM), 08-31-2026). "We are including REA now, it has no tiers yet, but we can work to ~100 sales/week give or take per the client, and they'll align on proper tiers once the flow steadies." No no-cap line yet, so the cap is not conditional on CPA - it is simply the ceiling.

IC CPA Clip Lines

OfferClip line7d IC CPAPositionStatusOffer targetIC CPA at target
Akka$60$82$22 overClipROAS 1.40x$66
A clip line is an initiate-checkout cost ceiling used to cut ad sets early — before enough purchases land to judge them on CPA or ROAS. It is not a target and it does not replace one: the Offer target column still governs scale and kill calls once volume is there. On a thin offer IC arrives several times faster than purchases, which is the whole point of clipping on it. IC CPA at target re-derives, off the current 7d AOV and IC-per-purchase ratio, the IC CPA that would land the offer exactly on its real target — if the clip line drifts far from that number, re-set the line. • Akka clip line set by Matt on 08-31-2026 — Rounded off the IC CPA that lands Akka on its ROAS 1.4 target ($57 at AOV $149.41 and 1.86 IC per purchase, measured 07-25 to 08-31-2026 over $2,545 spend / 26 IC / 14 sales). Target is unchanged at ROAS 1.4 - this line only exists to clip earlier.
